Dance music has been part of my life since my teenage years — from my first club night to feeling that four-to-the-floor pulse on a proper system. It has shaped my taste, my curiosity, and my drive to make what I live and breathe part of my daily work.

I bring this passion to my experience in A&R and artist management, focusing on discovering both distinctive electronic artists, and indie pop alternatives. I have focused on supporting releases from early stages to delivery. At System Error Worldwide in Berlin, I assist with talent discovery, demo review, master management, and vinyl production for the error300 sub-label, learning how taste, format, and context shape compelling releases.

Alongside this, I work with Effortless Artists and Effortless Audio, supporting label operations, release workflows, contract review, campaign coordination, and marketing strategies — a strong foundation for understanding the systems that make artist careers sustainable.

Through Operator.FM, I manage two artists across electronic and indie music, handling releases, label liaison, content, bookings, and long-term positioning. This hands-on work has given me a practical perspective on how A&R decisions affect artists creatively and strategically. I also undertake freelance bookings in the electronic space for one time tours Australia wide.

Across all these roles, I bring a detail-focused, organised approach, strong relationships with industry partners, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a forward-thinking dance label.
